A ten-page facilitator kit for team, community and classroom workshops. Coral, violet and cream carry the agenda, working agreements, quiet writing, grouping, selection and commitments. English uses Bricolage Grotesque with IBM Plex Sans; Chinese pairs handwritten WenKai headings with Noto Sans body text. Change the six stage durations to update the session total, agenda and explicit writing timer together. Start, pause or reset the timer; leaving the exercise pauses it. The native decision table and follow-up page share one action record. Includes English-default bilingual web decks, editable PPTX and PDFs.

How it works

Extract open-session.zip, read open-session/SKILL.md and install the complete folder in this agent’s project-level skill directory. Report the location. Keep the template, scripts and font licenses. Use my actual session brief to deliver English-default bilingual editable PPTX, HTML and PDFs. Requires Node.js 22+ and Chrome for PDF export. Do not install fonts silently. The live timer runs on the web only. Beta.
